If the item is damaged or defective, please
call us immediately for instructions.
Damage claims must be filed within
7 days of receipt of goods.
Claims for defective items
must be made within 30 days
upon receipt of goods. Normal wear is not considered a defect.
If the item shipped separately to you by our
vendor (Drop Ship Item), please call for instructions.
Shipped Separately items have a 7 day return period..

When returning any part of your order, please

Carefully secure the package and the merchandise to prevent damage in
